介護用品で死亡事故2件（医療介護ＣＢニュース）

　消費者庁はこのほど、介護ベッド用手すりなど介護用品で2件の死亡事故があったと発表した。いずれも死亡原因は調査中で、製品名と製造元は公表されていない。

　介護ベッド用手すりでは、5月23日に死亡事故が発生。千葉県の介護関連施設に入居していた被害者の50歳代女性は、介護ベッドの足側のついたてと手すりの間に首が挟まった状態で発見された。

　また、電動車いすの死亡事故が同17日に和歌山県で発生。道路から川に転落し、死亡した状態で発見された。

　製品の調査は、独立行政法人製品評価技術基盤機構が行っている。半年程度で原因を特定し、製品起因が疑われる場合は、製品名と製造元が公表される見通し。

First phone accident: When I was in the 6th grade my parents decided I should get my first cell phone because I was going to middle school now and things were different. It was a pink little slide phone where you’d slide it sideways and have the texting keyboard and all. I took decent care of my phone and never needed a replacement. Well, flash forward to Memorial Day weekend. My family and another family went camping up in Pennsylvania for the weekend. Well, one of the days we were up there my buddy, Oliver, and I decided to take the kayaks out on the lake. Genius me, decided she wanted to listen to the 4 Selena Gomez songs I had on my phone. I thought it would be a brilliant idea to put my phone in a plastic bag to protect it from the water. When we got back from kayaking I took my phone out only to find the bag was submerged in water. We had no rice or anything to save my phone so we tried laying it out to dry, not even 15 minutes later it starts down pouring destroying my phone even more.
